Week 1 – 2

We design the system before the screens: information architecture, user flows and data models first. Then interface design in your brand, reviewed with you before a line of production code is written.

Week 2 – 8

Weekly sprints with a live preview link from the first week. You see progress continuously, give feedback early, and never wait until the end to find out what you're getting.

What do you need from me to start?

Your goals, any brand assets you have, and a decision-maker available for a weekly 30-minute check-in. We handle the rest — including content structure if you need help.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

It often does. We quote changes separately as a small written addendum, so you always approve cost before work happens. Nothing gets billed by surprise.

How involved do I need to be?

Roughly 30–60 minutes a week: one demo call plus feedback on the preview link. More if you want it, but we’re set up so a busy owner isn’t the bottleneck.

Do you work with our existing team?

Yes. We can embed with in-house developers, follow your standards and work in your repos — or run the project end-to-end. Both are common.
